The BLACK GIRLS WINE team wants you to love every piece that you order from us! We will make arrangements to correct any manufacturing or printing defects on any of our products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for improperly ordered items.
Print On Demand
Black Girls Wine uses print on demand to fulfill all apparel and accessories in the store. This means that when you place your order, the order is sent to a vendor to be printed and shipped to you. As such, the vendors do not have the capacity to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect product ordering.
Product sizing charts are available for all products on the site. Please take into consideration the sizing measurements as we are unable to provide returns or exchanges due to sizing.
If your product is damaged or the print is not correct, please email a full photo of the product, front and back, to email@example.com.
You may request a reprint free of charge or a refund for store credit.
Once the vendor approves the reprint, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your reprint. A reprint free of charge for the same item will be sent to you.
If you choose a refund instead of a reprint, once you are approved, you will receive a gift card in the form of store credit. All refunds are processed as STORE CREDIT only.
